That’s a fair question. We’re members of the DMA and handle the records of major companies already. We’re committed to the highest standard of data security and your records are kept on a secure network, away from prying eyes.

Finally, we are registered with the Ofiice of the Information Commisioner as a data processor and we abide by data protection legislation

It’s either (or both if you prefer).

Is the offer just for existing customer records, or can I use it for a prospect database?

You can send either a prospect or a customer database. We don’t mind.

How long will it take for you to complete my free customer review?

We aim to turn around your free data audit within 5 working days.

Is there a maximum size on the database I can provide for my free customer review?

There is a limit on the free customer review, but it’s a very generous 500,000 (five hundred thousand) individual records. Of course if your database is larger than this we can discuss the best way to approach the project with you, but there may be a fee to produce a report.

We can accept databases in a Microsoft Excel compatible format (eg CSV, XLS, XLSX). We recommend you password protect the database and supply the password separately.
